  Return Policy

  We make it so easy; by offering a 30-day returns policy. In this case, you will be responsible for the safe return of the Rowdy Jewellery item; with all original packaging in the same condition, it was dispatched. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not included in the 30 Day return policy. All postage and packing costs are non-refundable. When returning any items to us, we advise you to use recorded delivery (or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced), as any items that do not arrive back to us cannot be dealt with. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item in the detailed condition. If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must contact us to say which item you wish to return, and provide your name, order number, and reason. We will issue you a unique Refund/Exchange number and a return address. Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts and a letter/printout quoting the Refund/Exchange number to help us process your requested action.
